摘 要：在Internet飞速发展的今天，互联网成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道，它在人们政治、经济、生活等各个方面发挥着重要的作用。Internet上发布信息主要是通过网站来实现的，获取信息也是要在Internet“海洋”中按照一定的检索方式将所需要的信息从网站上下载下来。因此网站建设在Internet应用上的地位显而易见，它已成为政府、企事业单位信息化建设中的重要组成部分，从而倍受人们的重视。Internet最初始层面的作用就是展示企业形象，就象利用各种传统媒体发布的企业形象宣传广告，所不同的是费用低廉、有效时间长、速度快、更新便捷。所以，做一个属于自己的企业形象网站，实现网站电子商务已经成为能在现代化企业在网络化，信息化社会生存的必要要件。作为保洁的服务业，更加是刻不容缓！为此，为了提高企业的知名度，树立自己的形象品牌，为打造现代化的电子商务平做好充准备。我们为“我要保洁”服务有限公司制作了自己的形象网站。
本文主要是介绍如何使用Dreamwear8.0+Access2003对保洁公司网站的开发背景、建站前的准备、界面设计与网上电子商务初探与实现。

1.1建站背景
随着全球信息化、网络化的不断深入，企业进入了信息网络时代，我国已经正式成为世界贸易成员，国内企业被快速纳入了世界经济网中，去面对更加激烈的全球市场竞争。这其中信息化、网络化越来越渗入到企业经营管理的深层面。电子商务、CRM、ERP等已成为时下炙手可热的话题，企业信息化、网络化趋势不可阻挡。在这种情况下，企业纷纷打出了信息化、网络化的大旗，那么企业如何进行信息化、网络化及其应注意的事项，这是摆在众多企业面前的一个紧迫性问题。
1.1.1企业网络化信息化的现状
企业信息化是国民经济信息化的基础。企业信息化是企业现代化的重要标志和推动力量，提高企业经济效益与竞争力的捷径和主要保证。企业信息化是长期艰巨而又紧迫的任务。我国有1000多万家企业，企业信息化基础较薄弱，水平较低，与国外发达国家有较大差距，只有抓住信息化提供的机遇，发挥后发优势，积极、稳步推进企业信息化。
